What is Ezra’s?
Ezra’s is an online portal to discover and purchase small-batch, micro-distilled spirits from around the world. We’re focusing on bringing great content to help users learn more about the products on our site, allowing them access to the people and personalities behind each label.
How is it different?
Shopping for spirits is usually a very difficult process. Either you walk in a store, surrounded by endless options, or you’re using sites that are difficult to browse. Our main goal was to create a user experience that led to finding and learning about great new spirits and brands you normally wouldn’t know about. With the rise in popularity of micro-brewing and distilling, we hope to expose users to new and small brands create great products.
What are craft spirits?
Craft has undoubtedly become a popular word and its transparency has certainly become a bit convoluted in the process. By definition, “craft” refers to small batch distillers creating limited quanity runs. This typically results in a high quality product as the low limit runs yield high oversight mixed with lots of hands on oversight and love by founders.
With any label, transparency is key and we seek out the ones living by this moniker from start to finish.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 3 to 6 days. If you order over the weekend, please keep in mind your order won’t go out until Monday.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all states except Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia.
What shipping carrier do you use?
Products are shipped by UPS and Fedex.
Do I need to sign and show ID for my package?
All shipments will require the signature and ID verification by the person accepting the package. If you’re working during the day, please consider having the package shipped to your office.
Do you offer returns?
Unfortunately we don’t do returns due to the nature of the product.
What does it mean if I got a delayed email?
We do our best to keep real time inventory on the site, but occasionally a product will be temporarily out of stock. We usually re-stock in just a few days at most.
What does it mean if I got a cancelled email?
In the event we or one of our partners is unable to re-stock an ordered product, we will refund the order and you’ll receive a cancellation email letting you know. We do our best to make this a rare scenario.
Do you ship the original box if the product comes in one?
To make products easier to ship, we only ship the bottles.
How do you decide what products to carry?
Our goal is to expose customers to great products that are less known. We know that lots of brands are well-proliferated, so are hope is to turn customers on to less known distillers or well-known, hard to get ones.
How often do you get in new products?
We're constantly working with new distilleries and distributors, so check our website often or follow us on Instagram or Twitter

Do you offer a gift option?
Yep! That’s no problem.
Do you offer a subscription option?
Not at the moment, but something we hope to launch soon.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We acept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
Is your site secure?
Yep! We use an encrypted form for submitting payments and all our payments are processed using a very reputable third party.
Can I purchase over the phone?
We recommend ordering online for accuracy, but if for some reason the phone is best, please shoot us an email.
What states result in a sales tax added to the order?
All orders are charged sales tax.
Do you have a brick and mortar store?
Yep! We have a retail store in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. Check out the retail store page for more info about location and hours.
Do you carry all the same products?
Due to fluctuating inventory and our network of partners, the website’s offerings will not necessarily match the store and vice versa.
Can I order something online and pick it up in store?
We’re not currently set up to handle this in the most efficient way possible, particularly as not all inventory is available out of our Chicago retail store.
